HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT POLICY

It is the Policy of Oman Gulf Company S.A.O.C. that its operations are executed at all times in such a manner as to ensure the Health, Safety and Welfare of all its employees and all persons affected by its operations including Company, Sub-Contractors and the General Public. Oman Gulf Company S.A.O.C. is also committed to all aspects of environmental conservation. 

Oman Gulf Company S.A.O.C is committed to:

• Respecting local laws the culture, and communities impacted by our operations. 

Oman Gulf Company S.A.O.C. shall strive to maintain high safety standards through the promotion of incident prevention by the use of Safety Training, encouraging interest and awareness in Safety and by developing personal responsibility for health and safety in the work place. Oman Gulf Company S.A.O.C. accepts that Safety responsibility rests with the line management and that all levels of staff share in this responsibility 

Oman Gulf Company S.A.O.C. also recognizes that health, Safety and the Protection of the Environment are an integral part of its operations, and that they are held in equal importance to other business objectives. 

Oman Gulf Company S.A.O.C. shall ensure the maintenance and safe operation of all plant and equipment. 

Oman Gulf Company S.A.O.C. shall comply fully with all laws and statutes of the Sultanate of Oman and any specific contract requirements with regards to H.S.E. 

The individual responsible for the overall implementation of this Safety Policy is the General Manager.
